Contact Us

The best way to reach us is by email: hello@mindfulova.com

We read every message. Response time is typically 2–3 business days.

What to Write to Us About

Content corrections. If something in an article is factually wrong — a price, a statistic, a product spec — tell us. Include the article URL and the specific claim. We take accuracy seriously and will update the article and credit you if appropriate.

Product questions. If you bought something based on our recommendation and have a question about it, we’ll do our best to help. We can’t guarantee a useful answer on every product, but we’ll be honest about what we know and don’t.

Topic suggestions. If there’s an offline hobby or screen-free topic you’d like us to cover and haven’t seen it here yet, send it through. We read all suggestions even when we can’t respond to each one individually.

Disclosure concerns. If you notice an affiliate link that isn’t properly labeled, or have a question about how we handle recommendations, email us. See our Affiliate Disclosure and Disclaimer pages for full details.

Data and privacy requests. To exercise your rights under GDPR, CCPA, or other applicable privacy law — including requests to access, correct, or delete your data — email us with the subject line “Privacy Request.” See our Privacy Policy for full details on your rights and our response timelines.

What We Don’t Accept

Guest posts and link insertion requests. We don’t publish guest content and don’t accept paid link placements. Outreach emails asking for either are not answered.

PR pitches and product seeding. We don’t accept free products in exchange for coverage. If a product ends up on Mindfulova, it’s because we researched it — not because someone sent it to us.

Sponsored content. We don’t publish sponsored articles or brand-funded content of any kind.
