We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We do not use your data for automated profiling or decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.
4. Analytics
Mindfulova uses web analytics tools to understand how visitors find and use the site. This may include tools such as Google Analytics or Ezoic Analytics.
These tools collect data including pages viewed, time on site, geographic region, device type, and traffic source. This data is aggregated and used for editorial and operational decisions. It is not used to identify individual visitors.
Google Analytics operates under Google’s own privacy policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
5. Cookies
Mindfulova uses cookies. Some are essential for the site to function. Others are placed by third-party services embedded on the site, including advertising networks and analytics tools.
Types of cookies used:
Essential cookies — Required for basic site functionality. These cannot be disabled without affecting how the site works.
Analytics cookies — Used to collect aggregated data about how visitors use the site. No personally identifiable information is stored in these cookies.
Advertising cookies — Placed by third-party ad networks (see Section 6) to serve relevant ads and measure ad performance. These may track your activity across websites.
Managing cookies
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Instructions vary by browser:
Disabling advertising cookies will not remove ads from the site. It will make the ads you see less relevant to your interests.
If you are located in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction where consent is required, you will be presented with a cookie consent banner on your first visit. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time by clearing your cookies and revisiting the site.
6. Advertising and Display Ads
Mindfulova displays third-party advertising. Our current ad partner is Ezoic, a Google Certified Publishing Partner. Ezoic and its demand partners may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to serve interest-based advertising.
Ezoic’s advertising technology collects and processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy, available at: ezoic.com/privacy-policy
Ezoic participates in the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF). If you are in the EU or UK, you will be asked for consent before interest-based advertising cookies are placed.
You can opt out of interest-based advertising from many participating companies via:
7. Affiliate Links — Amazon Associates Disclosure
Mindfulova is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com.
As an Amazon Associate, Mindfulova earns from qualifying purchases.
This means: when you click a product link on this site that leads to Amazon, and you make a purchase, we may receive a small commission at no additional cost to you.
Amazon affiliate links are identified in articles with the notation (affiliate link) or within an affiliate disclosure block at the top of relevant posts.
Amazon may collect data when you click through from this site to Amazon.com, including information about your visit and any purchases you make. Amazon’s data practices are governed by Amazon’s Privacy Notice.
Affiliate commissions do not influence editorial decisions. Products are recommended based on research and quality — not commission rates. Articles without a natural product recommendation do not include affiliate links.
8. Third-Party Links
Articles on Mindfulova include links to external websites — primarily for source citations and research references. These are marked with rel="nofollow" and open in a new tab.
Mindfulova has no control over the privacy practices of external websites. Clicking an external link is subject to that site’s own privacy policy. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.

12. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. These include HTTPS encryption for all pages, limited access to server data, and use of reputable third-party service providers with their own security standards.
No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will notify you if a breach occurs that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, as required by applicable law.
13. International Data Transfers
Mindfulova is operated from Indonesia. Third-party services we use — including Google Analytics, Amazon Associates, and Ezoic — may transfer and process your data in the United States and other countries.
Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, the transfer is subject to appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or adequacy decisions, as required by GDPR.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page reflects when the policy was last revised. If we make material changes, we will update the date and, where appropriate, take additional steps to notify visitors.
Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
